Ferris Olston (フェリス・オルストン, Ferisu Orusuton?) is the wife of Eddie Olston and the mother of Carol Olston.

Like her daughter Carol Olston, Ferris is a beautiful young woman with short wavy blonde hair that hangs on the right side (she used to have longer hair as seen in Carol's photobook in Episode 5), bright blue eyes, full pink lips and large breasts. Despite being 28 years old, Ferris doesn't look much older than Carol.
She wears a white dress shirt and a tan cardigan where the sleeves hang over her hands along with white pants, brown heels and gold hoop earrings.

Ferris is a wealthy and remarkably young socialite who is as bubble-headed and airy as her daughter Carol Olston that she even got lost from the front gate of her house trying to get back to the house.

Ferris worked at her mother's café in Britain as a waitress and met Eddie Olston when she was only thirteen.

When they first met, Eddie didn't know Ferris' age because of her mature-looking body, but he later found out when he asked her to marry him.

Carol is Ferris' daughter who are very close with each other and it's noted by Misuzu Gundou that Ferris dotes on her daughter.
She is always seen hugging her.

Upon their first meeting, Tomo and Misuzu initially thought that Ferris was Carol Olston's older sister due to her youth.
Etymology[]
- The name Ferris has many meanings depending on the different languages:
- In Celtic and Greek, it means "rock, stone".
- In Gaelic, Irish/Scottish and Latin, it can mean "of iron/(A man of) iron, strong man or ironworker".
Trivia[]
- Ferris' maiden name is not revealed in the manga as she adopted her husband's surname (Olston).
- Ferris had to wait for 3 years in order to marry Eddie, a whole year more than what he had originally intended because, at age 13, she was way too young to get married (the legal minimum age in England is 16, with parental authorization). Still, she stated that even back then, she would accept his proposal and spend the rest of her life with him.
